Jobs – Business Development Manager
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Baulkham Hills. You will play a critical role in recognising market conditions and then providing innovative solutions for clients. As a passionate sales executive you will actively seek out new fresh opportunities, whilst simultaneously growing existing accounts.
You will be working closely within a team of developers to take your designs from concept through to finished product and will include:
- Assist customers in embracing technology to achieve their goals
- Focus on building long term relationships with clients
- Assisting our channel with education and incentives programs
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers
- Contribute to the growth of the business by attracting new customers
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience working with sales methodologies, where you understand the meaning of opportunity, pipeline, forecasting and the value of relationships and how they can be converted to revenue return
- Experience selling technology solutions, preferably cloud or web based solutions
Knowledge & Abilities
- You are great at making people feel comfortable with technology and their decisions
- You are outstanding at providing solutions not technology
- You are able to take outside opinions on board and work to improve the products and services you sell
- You are a natural team player and can work within a tight nit team
