We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team in Baulkham Hills. If you can create beautiful interfaces with a strong focus on usability and user experience across many different platforms such as web and mobile then we want to hear from you.

The Role

You will be working closely within a team of developers to take your designs from concept through to finished product and will include:

• Work with the client understanding their requirements and designing solutions to meet them
• Designing applications that are simple, functional and solve the client’s needs
• Be involved through the project lifecycle including concept generation, prototyping and the final product
• Working with navigation structures and interface functions
• Providing documentation to support your designs (such as frameworks and wire-frames)
• Present solutions to end customers
• You will need to work as part of a team but also be able to work autonomously

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team with excellent stakeholder skills
• Ability to work to deadlines on multiple/simultaneous projects
• Experience designing outstanding web-based products for a consumer-oriented website
• Fluent with HTML and CSS
• Proficient in various research and design techniques such as qualitative research methods, personas, wireframing, task analysis, sketching, prototyping, journey mapping and usability testing
• Strong understanding of web
• Degree/Diploma in graphic design or Human Computer Interaction is desired

• You are passionate about creating joyful experiences that look as good as they operate
• You are a good communicator, excellent at solving problems and thinking outside the box
• You are able to take outside opinions on board and workshop with others to help find solutions
• You are a natural team player and can multi-task with ease
